Answer: Introduction: Now a day business organizations are focused on making business benefits with the incorporation of new business applications. These business applications consist of new methodologies and tools. There are few examples on tools and methods such as- BI tools and other analytics tools. These tools help to analyze data and to make effective decision. Importance of Business application and its impacts on customer satisfaction management: With the advent of new technologies and e-business, almost every organizations now a day is involved to adopt new technological tools and methodologies as per the business requirement. Hence they can retain their customer and their good will of the company also (GlenysVahn, 2014).. As a business application Big data analytics now a day considered as a most beneficial application. Where an organization stores a large volume of data on the data warehouse those can be offline storage or some online storage, such as virtual space, i.e. cloud. This large volume of data is used to know the consumer behavior and respective product preferences. Hence it becomes possible for an organization to know their product market (Duan and Xiong, 2015). Conclusion: Big data provides the ability to store large volume of data, which is beyond the capacity of commonly used software tools to capture process and manage a large volume of data within a desired amount of time. All of these data contained of customer data and respective product preference. Hence it is possible for the online business organization with the help of e-commerce to suggest their online customers for new arrivals and promotional prices and offers that in turn helps to retain customers.
